CANCELLATION POLICY

We totally understand that life happens — but please do your best to avoid canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or no-show will automatically be charged 30% of the service total. No exceptions. This policy helps respect everyone’s time — including yours — and allows me to better manage my schedule and accommodate other clients. If you're running behind, please notify me as soon as possible! I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, if you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, depending on the day’s schedule. There are no refunds on products or services. That said, if you’re ever unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 72hrs for a free touch up — I genuinely want to make things right and ensure you leave feeling your best. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Card, Zelle Please note: a 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card transactions. Sick Policy Feeling under the weather? Please reschedule if you’re experiencing cold, flu, or any contagious symptoms. I reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive visibly ill, in which case cancellation fees may still apply. This protects my health and the health of other clients. Guests & Children policy You're more than welcome to bring a guest with you — however, please note that all guests must remain in the lobby during your service unless discussed in advance. My space is cozy and not child-friendly, and appointments involve tools and equipment that require a calm, focused environment. Your appointment time is meant just for you, and I want to ensure the most relaxing and safe experience for everyone.
