Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen but please refrain from canceling within 24hrs of your appointment
Clients who no show or cancel within the 24hr window, will be charged 20% of the service
If you are running late, please notify me asap so I can do my best to accommodate you!
After 10 minutes your appointment may be forfeited depending on scheduling
No refunds on products/ services
However if you are unsatisfied with your service, please let me know so I can further accommodate you.
